SONY IMX249 Camera Sensor

Sony IMX249 is a Sony CMOS image sensor (global shutter type). Its resolution is 2.35M effective pixels with a diagonal 13.4mm (1/1.2 inch). 
Available in monochrome (IMX249LLJ) and in color (IMX249LQJ), the SONY IMX249 camera sensor ensures high-speed capture of a moving subject's exact shape, thanks to its new analog memory pixel. The global shutter sensor integrates all pixel signals at once and then removes the focal plane distortion.
