SONY IMX249

SONY IMX174 is a CMOS global shutter sensor available in monochrome (IMX174LLJ) and in color (IMX174LQJ). To ensure a high-speed capture of a moving subject exact shape, the IMX174 is fitted with a new analog memory pixel. It enables to scan all pixel signals at once and eliminates the generation of the focal plane distortion. The IMX174 adopted the LVDS 8ch output and achieves high-speed imaging with a maximum 164.5 frame/s using 10-bit ADC, and with a maximum 128.2 frame/s using 12-bit ADC.

SONY IMX302 is a diagonal 13.4mm (type 1/1.2) CMOS global shutter image sensor with 2.35M effective pixel. It is only available in color (IMX302LQJ). It is able to capture a high-speed moving image without focal plane distortion.
