SONY IMX542AAQJ-C

SONY IMX542 is a diagonal 16.8mm (type 1.1) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 16.19M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX542AAMJ) and in color (IMX542AAQJ). This chip features a global shutter with variable charge-integration time. It operates with analog 3.3V, 2.9V, digital 1.1V and interface 1.8V quadruple power supply. High sensitivity and low dark current are achieved.
