SONY IMX458 is a diagonal 5.867mm (type 1/3) CMOS active pixel type image sensor with a square pixel array and 13M effective pixels. It is only available in color. It achieves high speed image capturing by column parallel A/D converter circuits and high sensitivity and low noise image through the backside illuminated imaging pixel structure. It operates with 3 power supply voltages: analog 2.7V, digital 1.2V and interface 1.8V. It equips an electronic shutter with variable integration time.
