SONY IMX335LQN-C

SONY IMX335 is a diagonal 6.52mm (type 1/2.8) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 5.14M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX335LLN) and in color (IMX335LQN). This chip operates with analog 2.9V, digital 1.2V and interface 1.8V triple power supply. It has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved. This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time.

SONY IMX675-AAQR/AAQR1 is a diagonal 6.53 mm (type 1/2.8) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 5.12 M effective pixels. This chip operates with analog 3.3V, digital 1.1V, and interface 1.8V triple power supply. It has low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved throught the adoption of R, G and B primary color mosaic filters. This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time.
