Altera SoC Training Courses Online
Macnica Americas, a franchised Intel PSG distributor, specializes in offering comprehensive technical support to its customers. In addition to applications support, device selection assistance, IP, and design services, Macnica Americas offers free, online virtual workshops to get designers started in SoC design using the Mpression Helio View* platform with the Cyclone V SoC FPGA. (Note - * Helio View is obsolete as of 2015)
Below is a series of online Altera courses targeting the Cyclone V SoC FPGA. While the particular Macnica board Mpression Helio View is no longer available, the content should be useful to SoC designers. There are other Macnica Mpression boards available, featured on the Rocketboards.org site.
Users may also download the white paper "An Overview of Altera SoC Design Advantages" (2014)
