SONY IMX317CQC-C

SONY IMX317 is a diagonal 7.20mm (type 1/2.5) CMOS image sensor with a square pixel array and 8.51M effective pixels. It is only availble in color. It is possible to output the signals of 8.51M effective pixels with high definition for shooting still picture thanks to the 12-bit digital output. It realizes 12-bit digital output for shoting high-speed and high-definition moving pictures by horizontal and vertical addition and subsampling. It operates with 3 power supply: analog 2.8V, digital 1.2V and interface 1.8V. It has low power consumption. This product is designed for consumer uses: digital still camera and camcorder.
